Water Works
This week, heartbeat is delivered with a
reminder to drink up.
With a growing interest in climate
change, we invite you to consider water conservation as one of our
most vital sources of energy. In spite of all the amount that has
fallen from the skies these past few weeks, water is one of our
non-renewable resources. Do you leave the water running while you're
brushing your teeth? Washing your face? Washing the dishes? Think
about it.
One of the easiest ways to maintain
health, weight and body balance is to drink plenty of water. We're
advised to drink at least 8 glasses every day. Though recent studies

Bathing, washing, drinking and brushing
our teeth - if you are reading this email, then chances are you take
water for granted. Even though it's available on tap or at the
dispenser down the hall, many of us still don't drink enough to keep
our cells healthy and functioning well.
Take a bit of time to think about what
you're drinking and how much your drinking and let your body be your
guide. Then take another minute to find out how you can
contribute to a community that doesn't have enough.
