training, injury prevention, pregnancy and post-natal bodywork, rehabilitation
post-injuries or back pain. Private sessions available and recommended for
beginners or people with back pain. Influenced by many professional trainers
over more than 10 years of study, practice and teaching, Jill’s teaching style
has been influenced by Feldenkrais, Nia, Yoga and Personal Training. Pilates
benefits include strengthening abdominal and back muscles while getting into
shape and learning the principles of centering, concentration, control,
precision, breath and flow. Jill specialises in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and
is a co-founder of Nest4Mums Baby Clinic where she works part-time on a volunter
basis. Jill’s shares her knowledge of the human anatomy for personal betterment
