Healing sessions from 28 July to 2 August with Free Talk on Wednesday 28 July

Many of us push through each day carrying mental, emotional and physical pain in the form of tension, stress, old injuries, pain, stiffness and desire for change. The Maori Healers from New Zealand are returning to Hong Kong for a short trip to offer their ancient healing art passed down through generations for 12,000 years. Three experienced healers work together to help you release old energies and align your body so it can restore its ability to heal and repair and return to its natural state. Meet the healers to learn about the Maori culture and their healing tools and techniques in this free evening discussion and demonstration on Wednesday 28 July. Clean Air Network

CAN is a platform to mobilize public opinion by working with groups that have clean air projects and motivate others. We aim to bring together a community of individuals, groups and organizations who share the same objective: we want the government to improve Hong Kong’s air quality to the point where pollution no longer poses a significant health threat. By mobilizing the broader community to speak out, we can motivate the government to implement effective public policies. CAN works with you and your community to educate and mobilize the public on clean air and good health. Sign the petition here.

Hong Kong Alley Cats

HK Alley Cats Watch was founded in 1997. Privately funded, its sole aim is to help the plight of Hong Kong’s street cats. This is achieved through trap, neuter, and release, a homing program for the friendly ones, and in looking after the general welfare and health of the cats on the streets. We work towards decreasing, and eventually eliminating, the number of cat colonies through trap, neuter and release. We encourage people to show tolerance towards animals in general, and in tandem with other animal welfare groups, to educate the public in responsible pet ownership. Don't throw away pet carry bags, blankets and towels - they are always needed, as are homes for the gorgeous kittens that continue to arrive every week. Visit the website for photos.
