Benefits

We are all aware of the problems caused by unbalanced mind and emotions. 8-fold yoga helps you deal with all your physical, mental, emotional and social issues and leads you to Health + Happiness + Harmony

I learned that yoga is not just the exercise promoted by any fitness centre ... Here I learn not just to reduce weight from my body but also from my mind.

I am more aware of everything I do and say, especially my negative emotions and have learned to handle them effectively.

I have learned how to control my temper and now I am a very calm person.

I can concentrate better and feel more positive and confident.

I have learned how to relax in difficult situations ... whenever I am stressed out, remember what I have learned in class.

I have learned correct breathing techniques that help to remove toxins from the body and purification processes which help to prevent diseases like asthma, sinuses, cough and cold.

I learned how to prevent my migraine ... I now sleep well and my memory is improving.

I enjoy the class thoroughly and look forward to it!

I like that we are encouraged to do our best but are not pressured.

Many times we are aware of our shortcoming and want to improve ourselves but do not know how ... I definitely benefited from this course and have recommended it to my friends!
