Optimum Performance Studio is a personalized training studio offering small group and one-on-one training in a variety of disciplines. The concept is simple, we arrange a trainer
specifically for your needs to ensure your time is utilized in the
best possible way. Our trainers backgrounds are diverse to ensure
we cater to your training needs. Our qualified trainer’s
expertise and backgrounds will vary from sport specific training, weight
lose or gain, functional training, rehabilitation, Martial Arts, Pilates,
and speed and agility training. What separates Optimum Performance Studio
trainers from other gyms is education. Our trainers are highly qualified and
attend, participate and lead ongoing education. Our controlled personal
training studio ensures that clients time is properly utilized by
controlling the bookings slots with a maximum of three clients per booking
per studio.
