Brown Rice Burgers

Makes 6 servings

3 cups Lundberg Organic Short Grain Brown Rice precooked

2 cup Ener-G Bread Crumbs soft

1-1/2 cup vegetables, mixed and finely chopped

Hain Sea Salt and pepper to taste

1/8 cup Spectrum Organic Canola Oil

Mix ingredients (except oil) together and form 25 patties about 3/4 inch thick using 3/4 cup mixture per patty. Fry in oiled pan for 8 minutes on each side over medium high heat. Serve alone or on a whole wheat or gluten free bun on bread with lettuce and condiments.
