Soma Restaurant and Amrita Café feature sumptuous cuisine with sweeping views of ocean, sky and outlying islands. Alchemy Bar serves ambrosial tonics based on ancient Taoist, Thai and Ayurvedic recipes. Flavorful fusions of Oriental and Western cuisine accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences, from raw food preparations to fresh seafood, organic poultry and specially selected wines. A range of individually customized dishes are available for those undertaking our detox and rejuvenation programs.

Teachers of yoga and other mind/body disciplines may reserve our an open-air,
semi-circular, wood-floored Yoga Pavilion building overlooking sea and
mountains with a capacity of 40 for classes and up to 80 for lecture-style
