Critical

This week in Hong Kong ... naturally

This week, we acknowledge situation critical.

And it's getting easier and easier to connect the dots.

The critics are out and the blame is wide but the truth is clear.

The corporate world focuses on disease with its treatments and shots.

Our world masks up for protection and steps up wellness for prevention.

We turn to critical thinking to weather this storm of lies and misinformation.

Learning about the virus leads to reducing the spread of SAR-CoV-2 infections.

Criticizing in the absence of useful information boils down to straight out bullying.

Some of us already working on our own know the challenges of working from home.

Many are slipping through the cracks and revealing the cracks where relief is required.

Landfills are filling with mountains of disposable packaging from fast food and deliveries.

The lack of critical infrastructure is highlighted when the weight of burden becomes great.

Most of us have experienced the anxiety of keeping negative during a positive nearby surge.

We are left to own critical care, having learned the value of putting on your own mask first.

Essential is a walk to the wet market for fresh produce and time to relax after a good meal.

There is no simpler medicine than nutritional food, regular movement and plenty of rest.

The latest trends are baking bread, making decorations, waking late and faking an office.

Slowly and surely, business is turning to the future in the pursuit of sustainable wealth.

Enter the basic income to address an economic growth model built on a growing gap.

Going local in our city of nature means exploring and celebrating our creativity.

Being local is a way of understanding how we best serve our community.

This year, I gift Hong Kong my annual Natural Holiday Guide.

Those who struggle can always benefit from our privilege.

We are fortunate if we can be home for the holidays.

Where can you deliver a bit of critical care?
